Unlocking the biology of the ovarian follicle to rewrite the limits of reproductive aging

Human lifespan has expanded, but reproductive lifespan has not kept pace. Fertility still declines decades before the rest of the body, forcing women to make some of life’s most consequential decisions around a biological timeline they did not choose.

Assisted reproductive technologies have transformed fertility care by refining nearly every step of IVF—from ovarian stimulation to embryo selection. Yet these advances have largely optimized the process around the egg, without addressing the decline in oocyte quality that remains a fundamental bottleneck in reproductive success. Rejoovenate Bio begins with a different premise: the egg does not age in isolation.

Each oocyte develops within a tightly regulated follicular environment—a complex system of surrounding cells and biological signals that shapes its ability to mature and support early development. We are developing technologies that address age-related changes in this environment to improve the developmental potential of the oocyte.

Our first applications are designed to improve IVF outcomes for women at later reproductive ages. From there, we plan to extend the same biology beyond IVF, developing treatments that help women maintain ovarian function and improve their chances of conceiving naturally later in life.

Our mission is to expand the years in which women can have biological children by addressing the underlying biology of reproductive aging.
